1996 – Constitution of the company as “Arouconstroi – Construções Américo Teixeira, Irmão & Filhos, Lda”with main tasks directed to Main drainage system’s execution and general Civil construction;
2002 – Introduction of a new business area – precast assembly – to support the Farcimar’s solutions evolution;
2004 – Introduction of a new specialization area – geomembrane application
2008 – Change of Arouconstroi juridical form to Anonymous Society (S.A.) assuming the new designation of Arouconstroi – Engenharia e Construção, S.A.
2008 – Creation of a representation office in Spain, designated “Arouconstroi España – Estabelecimiento permanente”, moving forward with the internationalization process, trough the Spanish market
2008 – Introduction of a new specialization area – Sound Barriers execution
